MEKA KINGFOUNDER, LEAD ORGANIZER
MEKA KING is a WORSHIP LEADER/RECORDING ARTIST/ACTOR/AUTHOR from Central Florida. Meka has toured the globe sharing her gift and ministry in 6 continents. She has 2 original solo recording projects and a Live DVD. Meka has appeared in acclaimed productions for Cirque Du Soleil, Walt Disney World and Universal Studios; as well as popular stage productions like After Midnight, Little Shop of Horrors and Ain't Misbehavin'. A Graduate of Northwestern University’s prestigious Medill School of Journalism, Meka is currently an advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion in the Arts and Entertainment Industry. Her commitment to racial justice and equality led her to found CFEA. She also founded KINGDOM Ministries, a non-profit organization dedicated to reaching out to the underserved and those in need in the community. Meka is a Paul Robeson Award Nominee. The award is Actor’s Equity Foundation’s recognition of artists and leaders dedicated to the betterment of humankind.

FELICHIA CHIVAUGHNCO-FOUNDER, CO-ORGANIZER
Felichia Chivaughn is an actor, author, director, and artist advocate. She recently directed Apologies to Lorraine Hansberry (You Too August Wilson), ACT FREE, Once on this Island, Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill, and The Color Purple; in which she also played the role of Nettie. Other stage credits include Avenue Q, Memphis, HAIR, The Piano Lesson, and The Mountaintop. Felichia studied Theatre at the University of Central Florida and has worked locally to write and produce several original works. She is passionate about creating equity in the entertainment industry for black artists and continuing to build a strong legacy through the amplification of black female voices and through both the curation and preservation of our rich and beautiful stories.

ROBERTA EMERSONCO-ORGANIZER (INTERIM),
THEATRE RELATIONS (LEAD) ROBERTA EMERSON is a Director, Actor, Producer, and Educator. She is a graduate of both the University of Minnesota with a BFA in Acting and Theatre Management and New York University with an MFA in Acting. She has worked as an actor and director, has done extensive voice over, commercial and film work, and has been a teaching artist both stateside and in Europe. Roberta is an active voice for representation in the arts and as such, serves as an Executive to the Central Florida Entertainment Advocacy. She is also on the Board of The Arts Bridge Charity, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing relief to struggling artists. She is currently the Director of Theatre for Montverde Academy's Theatre Conservatory.

DESIREE MONTESCOMMUNICATIONS & DIGITAL OUTREACH (LEAD)
Desiree is an AEA Singer/Actress/Dancer/Voice-Over Artist. She performs for a few major theme parks and resorts in Central Florida in shows such as Finding Nemo: the Musical, The Blues Brother's Show & Celestina Warbeck's show in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. For the past 10 years Desiree has adjudicated for Thespian competitions and has been a Musical Theatre/Music Teaching Artist & Coach for children of all ages. Desiree formally served as Garden Theatre's Director of Marketing. She works professionally booking seasonal and year-round projects for local entertainment companies, talent agencies and many theatre companies within and beyond Central Florida. Some of her favorite on stage roles include; "Billie Holiday" (Lady Day at Emerson's Bar & Grill, "Sarah" (Ragtime: the Musical), "Norma Valverde" (Hands on a Hardbody).

CO-LEAD Cesar De La Rosa is a producer, singer-songwriter and seasoned entertainer. Hailing from Puerto Rico, Cesar came to Florida to study vocal performance, choir, drama, and dance. In Orlando, Cesar collaborated with some of the world’s leading entertainment companies, including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.
